On July 21, citizens in the greater Lafayette area gathered for the Rally for Economic Survival, which was held at the Cajun Dome. Their message was simple: end the drilling moratorium. The Institute for Energy Research went to the rally in order to make sure their voice for economic prosperity was heard.
