Kelly Sloan, Energy and Environment Fellow at the Centennial Institute, joins the Plugged In podcast to break down a measure on Colorado’s ballot in November impacting the state’s oil and gas industry. Sloan discusses the impact this measure would have on the state and why even those outside of Colorado should be watching this proposition as it may have far-reaching consequences. 

Proponents of the 2500 ft. setback measure, Prop. 112, say the new regulation is necessary for heath and safety reasons, but those opposed say it would devastate the state’s economy to no environmental or health benefit.
