Hilary Sills

Hilary Sills has more than 40 years of government relations experience including legislative and regulatory advocacy, international affairs and corporate communications, coalition building and public affairs program development. Her issue expertise extends to energy, environment, natural resources and international affairs issues. She has a deep understanding of both the Executive and Legislative Branches of government and has a long tenure of working closely with Congress, various cabinet level offices, and non-governmental organizations. She graduated from Hollins University with a B.A. and currently serves as president of Sills Associates, a strategic consulting firm, which deals primarily with issues pertaining to energy and environmental policy.
